Muscle Release Technique

A must for people that have injured muscles through injury or repetitive use. The muscles over the years of repetitive use will shorten and loose muscle memory. Muscle tears resulting in scar tissue causing pain. With the MRT work we work to stretch & release the muscle or muscles that are causing the pain. Chronic pain such as Plantar Fascitis, Carpel Tunnel, Should & Neck & Rotator Cuff problems are a few issues that work great with this work. This work encourages muscle memory & breaks up scar tissue through stretching, compression & proper breathing techniques. This allows the muscle to release & new blood to circulate allowing healing to start. We also encourage our clients to continue their stretching at home to continue the healing & keeping the muscles lengthened.  We are certified in this amazing work taught by Micheal Young.
