To answer any specific concerns or questions and to request a specific therapist we ask that you to book an appointment in advance. This enables us to ensure that you will get the time and date that is best suited for you. If you are in the neighborhood and would like to drop in and check out our availability, please feel free but realize we might be busy working and will have to schedule an appointment with you at a later time. For those that prefer booking on-line that option is available as well. We have made it impossible not to be able to book an appointment at your convenience as we are available for booking appointments 24 hours a day!

What are the accepted methods of payment?

We accept visa, mastercard, discover and cash payments. Payment can be completed over the phone or on site.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

Please value our time as we value yours! A minimum of 8 hours notice in advance must be given. If no notice is given a $35.00 no-show fee will be charged to the next massage session.

What if I am late?

You have a 5 minute grace period for your massage. Anything beyond 5 minutes will be taken off the time of the massage and you will be charged the full amount of the appointment. On the first appointment it is best to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time to fill out the client intake form. This way the paperwork is done and it does not interfere with the actual massage time on the table. Please don’t hesitate to call us if you know you are running late, it lets us know the status of your appointment (& give directions if you are lost!).

Do I have to take off all my clothing?

It is completely up to you. Only undress to your comfort level. On the table, you will be covered with a sheet and only the particular body parts that are being worked will be exposed. At no time during the massage will the genitals or female breasts be exposed.

Will the therapist be present when I undress?

The massage therapist will leave the room while you undress, get on the massage table and cover yourself with the sheet. The therapist will knock on the door and ask if you are on the table and ready to start the massage. Each massage room is a separate room.

How much should I tip a therapist?

That is really up to you. The general rule of thumb is 10-15% if your session was satisfactory.

What about health insurance claims?

At the present time we do not accept health insurance claims. The client must pay directly.

How often do you think I should get a massage?

It is different for everyone. It depends on your particular needs and what your body tells you. To maintain an optimum level of wellness many people get massages anywhere from once a week to once a month. Just remember, it is not relaxing to be on the table trying to figure out how you are paying for the session so schedule accordingly.
